David S. Wyatt

Mr. Wyatt is a Sports, Entertainment and Business attorney that also litigates in State and Federal courts.  Mr. Wyatt has helped start and grow businesses in entertainment, sports, advertising, retail, restaurant and other sectors. He practices law in the areas of business, real estate, intellectual property, crisis management (i.e., criminal defense and damage control), sports and entertainment. Mr. Wyatt provides business advice to company leaders in transactional, litigation and strategic growth matters. He is an executive producer on multiple records and represents record companies, producers, production companies, writers, filmmakers, actors, and artists. He’s been a certified NFL Contract Advisor for over a decade representing players and coaches in the NFL, and he is constantly striving to maximize his clients’ opportunities.  Additionally, Mr. Wyatt has been an adjunct professor of Sports and Entertainment Law at the USC School of Law in Columbia since 2008.
