David S. Wyatt - Attorney

David is the owner of Wyatt Law, PA in Greenville, SC and an adjunct professor of Sports and Entertainment Law at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia. He has a B.S. in economics and law from Clemson University and J.D. from the USC School of Law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar regularly appearing in State and Federal Courts. He is Chairman/President of the South Carolina football Hall of Fame.

Mr. Wyatt is an entertainment, sports, business, real estate and trial attorney. He has helped start and grow businesses in entertainment, sports, advertising, retail, restaurant and other areas of business. He practices law in the areas of business, intellectual property, sports and entertainment, residential and commercial real estate, civil and criminal litigation (personal injury, contracts, business disputes, etc).

Mr. Wyatt provides business advice to company leaders in transactional, litigation and strategic growth matters. He is an executive producer on multiple records and represents record companies, producers, production companies, writers, film makers, actors and artists. He was an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor for over a decade and currently represents coaches, players, executives and other individuals in endorsement, sponsorship and other business and legal matters.

David supports mentoring and development of the youth and the community. Born and raised in Greenville, SC as part of a musical family, he has been a member of many Bands as a songwriter, singer and musician for over thirty years. He is happily married to Anne and they have two daughters, Gibson & Virginia.

Lynne Carr - Paralegal

Lynne joined Wyatt Law in 2020. She brings 30 years of combined legal experience to our firm. Lynne spent the first 15 years of her career with a large firm in Rutland, VT working alongside an Estate Planning Attorney, and after moving to South Carolina, she spent 15 years as a Personal Injury Paralegal at the Law Firm of Harris & Graves.

In 2011, Lynne took a stained-glass course. This began her journey into all things glass. After the stained-glass class, she took classes in Mosaics and Fusing. She says, “what starts out as shards of glass become works of art.” Glass has become her obsession and her passion. A passion that she wants to share with everyone. From this passion Lynne developed a her own business, LHC Glass Creations..

Marisa Valles - Legal Assistant

Marisa boasts a 16-year career, specializing in Social Security, Worker's Comp, and Personal Injury law at Harris and Graves. She expanded her legal expertise as a Receptionist at Sumwalt Law Firm in Charlotte, focusing on Social Security. Transitioning to public service, Marisa served at the Greenville County Sheriff's Office as a Unit Secretary and dispatcher.

On the personal front, Marisa is a proud grandmother to three boys. She is the mother of four adult children and Darwin a Chihuahua Dachshund mix puppy with big attitude!

 In essence, Marisa embodies a seasoned legal professional, a loving grandmother, and a dedicated public servant.
